The promotion

This reward is part of Kent Coast Big Walk & Wheel, a six-week walking and wheeling challenge on the WeRoam app, running 25 July – 31 August 2026.

The reward

Free hot drink (tea or coffee), one per customer, redeemable only during an active Gold Marker event at participating Shepherd Neame managed houses in Kent.

How Gold Markers work

Gold Marker events will take place each weekend across the six-week challenge (25 July – 31 August 2026), during set weekend slots. They are not live on weekdays and are not a standing offer for the full challenge period – the free hot drink reward is valid only during the active weekend Gold Marker slot at each participating site.

Eligibility

• Open to WeRoam app users aged 18+.
• Available only at participating Shepherd Neame managed houses (full list to be confirmed by Shepherd Neame and added before launch).

How to redeem

1. User sees the Gold Marker live on the in-app map at a participating site during the weekend activation.
2. User visits the site while the Gold Marker is active and collects it in-app.
3. User shows the WeRoam app (collected marker/reward confirmation screen) to staff at the counter, who issue one free hot drink.

Limitations

• Valid only during the live weekend slot of the Gold Marker event – not valid Monday to Friday, and expires when that weekend's marker expires.
• One redemption per person, per Gold Marker weekend.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative drinks/items not specified.
• Subject to normal site opening hours and availability; participating site reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion (e.g. closure, stock issues).
• WeRoam/Active AI and Kent County Council are not liable for a participating venue's ability to fulfil the reward during a given activation.

Venue rights

Shepherd Neame and individual site managers reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time, including ending the promotion early, without affecting redemptions already made.

Data & verification

No personal data is collected by Shepherd Neame as part of this redemption beyond visual confirmation of the in-app reward screen. WeRoam app usage is governed by the separate WeRoam Privacy Policy.
